Entrepreneur Jason Felts founded and served as CEO (2018-2020) of VIRGIN FEST, the music festival arm of Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Group overseeing both the VIRGIN FEST and KAABOO brands and its multi-day festival experiences. Felts previously served in a dual capacity as Chief Brand + Marketing Officer at KAABOO before the brand was acquired by Virgin in September 2019. Felts currently serves on the Board of Directors of both Virgin and KAABOO.

Prior, Felts co-founded and served as the CEO (2009-2018) of VIRGIN PRODUCED, the film, television and branded entertainment division of Virgin before the company was acquired in 2017. Since 2010, Felts has sat on Virgin's Global Brand Council supporting brand positioning initiatives as well as serving as consultant to Richard Branson Virgin branded companies in the Aviation, Hotel and Telecomm industries.

Named by Variety as one of the top “10 to Watch” and profiled in Forbes, Billboard, Rolling Stone and the New York Times, Felts has built Virgin's media properties into a globally respected, and award winning experience producer. Felts architected and built a full team responsible for the execution of world class entertainment and lifestyle experiences. Under the VIRGIN PRODUCED label, Felts co-produced films include Limitless, Bad Moms, That Awkward Moment, Immortals, Movie 43, The Impossible, 21 & Over and bio-pic Jobs which have cumulatively grossed over $1B in worldwide box office.

Felts also oversaw the creation and production of the groundbreaking Virgin America inflight “Safety Dance” video, an overnight viral success earning over a billion media impressions, a $727M ad equivalency value, and recognized by a Clio, Webby and Shorty Award. During Felts tenure, VIRGIN PRODUCED launched and operated its own unique OTT content network with over 100M in captive audience viewership.

Prior to Co-Founding VIRGIN PRODUCED, Felts was a partner at J2 and was responsible for the development, financing and production of a slate of film and television shows for studio and broadcast networks including Fox, E! and Comcast.

Felts consults and sits on select boards in the lifestyle, hospitality, media, and technology industries and speaks publicly on entrepreneurship, lifestyle marketing and brand.

With an equal focus on using business as a force for good, Felts philanthropic efforts are focused on social responsibility, equality and conservation. Felts was recently honored by the State of New York's "Responsible 100" which recognizes NY's most outstanding leaders in social responsibility.
